This virtual Member Meet & Greet invites Wisconsin Craft members to bring a work in progress and participate in a supportive, thoughtful critique session. Andrew will guide the group through several accessible critique methods, including word association, the Principles of Design, and the Elements of Art, offering tools participants can apply to future work.

Andrew Linderman will begin by introducing several critique methods that help members offer thoughtful, constructive feedback. After this brief overview, the session will transition into an informal, member-led discussion. Time spent on individual works will depend on participant interest and the number of members who choose to share during the Meet & Greet.

To share your work, you must have access to a camera and adequate lighting so your piece can be clearly viewed. This Meet & Greet is ideal for emerging artists, those exploring a new medium or experimenting with new ideas, as well as established artists who enjoy offering feedback or are considering a shift in their current practice.

Please note that all critiques are offered as suggestions intended to support growth and learning. We ask that all participants—whether sharing, listening, or receiving feedback—approach the conversation with an open mind and a spirit of mutual respect.

Please note: Registration is required. This session will not be recorded; you must be present to participate and receive event information.

Only Available to Current Paying Wisconsin Craft Members.
