WHAT A GREAT OPPORTUNITY!
Please come on Saturday, September 8th, to visit with artist and MIAD emeritus professor, Jill Sebastian at her home studio. This is one studio visit that will knock your socks off. She has renovated a historic building on National Avenue as her home and studio, complete with rooftop garden patio and amazing, spacious (I’m jealous) studio equipped for large collaborative and commercial projects, or intimate studies and projects that are dear to her heart. She is a selected artist for the UWM Special Collections collaboration “Look See” opening in June at Villa Terrace. She is actively involved in community and maintains a studio at RedLine Milwaukee as a mentor to emerging and mid-career artists. She is a Milwaukee standard for her participation and development of the, Mary Nohl Foundation, and as the first artist to show at Milwaukee’s gem, the Woodland Pattern. We are fortunate to have this opportunity to do an artist “Open Doors” with her. Jill's Studio is at:
516 West National Avenue, Milwaukee 53204
